Mr.
Eskin was raised in the Cleveland, Ohio area and received a B.S./B.A. in
Accounting from Boston University and Juris Doctor degree from University
of Pittsburgh.
After being admitted to the Pennsylvania
Bar in 1980, Mr. Eskin practiced for five years on active duty in the
Judge Advocate General's Corp of the United States Navy (1980-1985). he
was honorably discharged from the Naval Reserves in 1991 as Lieutenant
Commander. Mr. Eskin served the Navy as a prosecutor, defense counsel and
provided legal assistance to Naval and civilian personnel in Norfolk,
Virginia and Naples, Italy.
Since 1986, he has been a Florida licensed attorney in the
Fort Myers/Cape Coral area. The law firm of HAROLD S. ESKIN, P.A., was
established in 1989 in Cape Coral and in 1990 teamed up with Neal C. Patterson,
P.A., and Dixie Lee Ball, P.A., to form the law firm of PATTERSON,
ESKIN AND BALL. They combined their skills and experience to bring the
synergy of a full service civil law firm to their existing and new clients
for nearly 10 years.
Harold S. Eskin, Esq., field of practice
continues to be quite varied with concentration in the areas of surrogacy
& reproductive law, family law mediation services, real estate law,
corporate and business law, civil litigation as well as estate & family
planning.
While his practice physically located in
Lee County, Florida (20th Judicial Circuit in Southwest Florida), Mr.
Eskin has provided legal services to clients from all over the Sate of
Florida as well as to clients from other parts of the world visiting
Florida.
